2012.8-2014.12: BIM Application in Construction of Ikea Shopping Center II in Daxing, Beijing

Invested by the Ikea Group Co., Ltd., the Ikea Shopping Center II is a 4-storey building with total building are of 500, 000 square meter.

I was the core team member, and led the development and application of the BIM system in the management of schedule, change orders, qualities. And the project is awarded the first prize of “Longtu Cup” National BIM Competition.
