2015.1-2016.12: BIM Application in Construction of Tecent Beijing Headquaters

I’m the technical leader of the project, and led the development and application of the BIM platform. In this project, design detailing, 3D scanning, and integrated management of schedule, resource, cost and site are conducted. This project is also awarded the first prize of “Longtu Cup” National BIM Competition.
