2013.10-2016.10:基于全生命期绿色住宅产品化数字开发技术研究和应用

本课题针对我国绿色建筑和住宅产业化发展迫切需要解决的关键技术问题,以新型工业化为目标,以我国保障性住房为切入点,应用现代数字化手段,研究适合我国住宅产业化发展特点的基于全生命期绿色住宅产品化开发基础理论、标准体系,构建涵盖规划、设计、部品生产、施工和运营管理的绿色住宅产品化数字开发关键技术和方法,开发适合我国国情的绿色住宅产品化开发的数字化开发与管理平台,为实现绿色住宅设计标准化、构件部品化、施工装配化和管理信息化提供技术支撑和应用工具。通过示范应用验证,提出适合我国国情的绿色住宅产品化发展模式与应用推广机制,推动将住宅生产全过程、各环节联结为完整的产品链,以数字化带动住宅产品节能、环保以及全生命期价值最大化的可持续发展的新型生产方式,促进建筑工业化。
课题研究首先制定了整体实施方案和技术路线,在需求调研和分析基础上,研究了适合我国住宅产业化特点的基于全生命期绿色住宅产品化开发基础理论、发展模式和标准体系,制定了相关标准和规程;以绿色住宅产品化全生命期BIM建模、过程管理、性能预测、实时监控等共性技术研究为支撑,突破绿色住宅全生命期包括规划、设计、部品生产、施工、运维管理的数字开发及管理关键技术,研发相应的数字开发与管理平台,形成了绿色住宅产品链完整的技术体系;通过保障房和商品住宅产品化项目的示范应用,对绿色住宅数字开发关键技术和平台进行集成应用和验证,取得了较好的社会经济效益,提出适合我国国情的住宅产品化发展模式与应用推广机制,为本课题研究成果的推广应用奠定基础。
本文由调研及需求分析报告、系统设计报告和技术研究报告三部分组成,涵盖了规划、设计、部品生产、施工和运营管理的绿色住宅产品化数字开发关键技术和方法,绿色住宅产品化数字化开发与管理平台架构及系统设计,以及示范工程应用情况及效益分析,为我国住宅产业化发展提供了强有力而且可靠的理论标准、技术支撑和应用工具。
本人为课题主要技术骨干,承担并完成子课题二:产品化绿色住宅全生命期管理平台及其关键技术。
