2013.1-2016.12:基于云计算的建筑全生命期BIM集成与应用关键技术研究

本课题针对当前建筑信息模型(BIM)技术应用于建筑业信息化存在的问题和迫切需求,通过引入国际上新兴的云计算技术,基于国际建筑工业 IFC 标准,构建一个面向建筑全生命期各阶段和不同应用的 BIM 结构体系,提出面向建设项目多参与方分阶段递进式的 BIM 建模方法,研究 BIM 数据分布存储及管理、BIM 数据集成及融合、BIM 数据提取与交换以及基于过程的 BIM 服务及应用等关键技术,开发基于云计算的 BIM 集成与应用服务平台(BIM Integration and Server Platform, BIMISP)。为建筑全生命期 BIM 创建和应用提供一套完整的理论、方法、技术和平台支持,实现 BIM 信息在建设项目规划、设计、施工和运行维护全过程的全局共享、无损传递和充分利用,进而提高工作效率和质量、降低资源消耗,支持在建筑全生命期实施可持续发展战略。
本人为课题主要技术骨干,承担并完成BIM子模型定义、数据集成及融合以及基于MongoDB的数据存储等内容。
