2015.1-2018.12:基于BIM的大型公共建筑运维期安全管理技术研究

针对当前大型公共建筑运维期安全管理中存在的海量信息的管理和集成应用方面等问题,本课题拟结合大型公共建筑的安全管理体系,通过引入 BIM 技术,并结合物联网技术、云计算技术等国际上新兴前沿技术,基于国际建筑业 IFC 标准,构建一个基于 BIM 和 GIS 的多尺度运维管理模型。在此基础上,以集成创新为主要手段,研究基于云计算技术的运维信息管理以及基于物联网的安全性能动态监测、评估与预警技术,开发基于 BIM 的大型公共建筑运维期安全管理平台(BIM-SMP),为大型公共建筑运维期安全信息模型的创建和应用提供一套完整的理论、方法、技术和平台支持,实现运维期安全的宏观管理和微观管理相结合、信息管理和信息应用相结合、动态监测和实时评价相结合以及灾后模拟和逃生指引相结合,可及时发现建筑安全隐患和制定灾后应急方案,进而提高建筑结构及其附属机电设备的安全性能,减少建筑灾害损失。
本人为课题主要技术骨干,承担并完成运维空间数据提取、数据挖掘等内容。
