2016.7-2019.6:基于BIM/GIS与物联网的地下管廊运行仿真、监测与集成管控

针对当前城市综合管廊运维管理面临的海量信息集成管理困难、跟踪监测手段落后、数据分析挖掘应用层次低等问题,研究拟引入BIM与GIS技术,研究GIS、BIM模型与物联网监测数据的动态关联与融合机制,采用NoSQL数据库实现海量运行监测数据的集成管理;实现综合管廊设计及施工信息的高效共享及多尺度虚拟仿真,并通过调研分析总结影响综合管廊运行监测方案的有关因素及约束,结合物联网的特点,建立基于BIM的综合管廊运行监测方案设计及优化方法;从而,综合利用聚类、模式识别、关联分析等数据挖掘技术对有关数据进行分析、挖掘,发现综合管廊运行维护、风险识别与灾害预警的新特点、新规律,服务综合管廊运维管理;最后,研发基于BIM和物联网的综合管廊运行仿真、监测与集成管控系统,为综合管廊跟踪监测和运营维护提供新的手段,实现基于数据的科学决策与管理,从而达到降低运营维护成本、减少管廊运行过程安全事故发生的目的。
