2018.1-2021.12:信息驱动下既有建筑物/群多尺度性能模拟与分析技术研究

以既有建筑运维期信息作为支撑,以BIM和AI等信息技术为驱动,通过对既有建筑性能分析体系的深入研究,面向不同尺度的性能分析需求,提出一个多尺度建筑物运维信息模型,并基于混合云架构实现海量信息的集成高效管理。在此基础上,研究外环境尺度和内环境尺度的信息融合机制,通过技术集成、系统集成和应用集成的方式,研发一个面向既有建筑物/群的多尺度性能模拟与分析系统,以实现多尺度建筑运维期性能分析与预测。
项目负责人为胡振中老师,本人为课题主要技术骨干。
